Today we take Jack's boat, the "Pesco Pantai", out to Ilot Phare Amedee, Amedee Island of the Lighthouse, which is surrounded with a protected marine reserve.
Jack, Christine, Harold and Susan meet Philippe and Martine at the boat. It's a perfect day, clear and warm and calm. At the reserve, we tie up to a buoy. Jack takes Harold and I in on the dingy, Martine, Christine and Philippe snorkel ashore. The island is deserted today, we have it all to ourselves. Martine and Christine loan Harold and I their snorkel gear and we snorkel around the reserve for a while. The coral and the fish are beautiful.
